Hi, I'm April!

Like you, I’ve had a rollercoaster relationship with my gut, experiencing flare-ups of diarrhea, cramping, urgency to go to the bathroom, food fears, and more.   

I refused to believe what I was being told: that something is inherently wrong with my body; that nutrition, lifestyle, and the environment around me aren't part of the equation; and that I was just stuck with this for the rest of my life.

I knew there must be a different, better path. 

What I know now is that the body is smarter than we will ever understand, we cannot outwit its natural design, and that the body transforms itself back to its beautiful, natural self when you address root causes, not just symptoms.

You should be able to have a flare-up- and pain-free life and enjoy and benefit from all kinds of nourishing foods. I know this is possible for us all.

Today, I’m on a mission to help transform the lives of women with chronic diarrhea flare-ups, gut pain, and sensitive stomachs, from a life ruled by their gut to one where they can be their awesome selves and live their lives to the fullest.
